Be aware that if you fill in the form correctly you should immediately receive a confirmation email. If not, then something went wrong and you will have to submit the form again. All fields must be filled in.

The registration fee includes a double room for eight nights, all meals and an organized social event. Students are expected to share a room.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation and further information after the registration closing date. An invoice will be sent to your affiliation.

35% of the registration fee will be charged for cancellations after 20 February 2017
60% of the registration fee will be charged for cancellations after 6 March 2017
100% of the registration fee will be charged for cancellations after 13 March 2017

Students are expected to attend the whole two weeks of the school.
If you wish to stay the weekend you must make your own arrangements.
